Suba North Member of Parliament Millie Odhiambo has branded Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko as a lier after he claimed that she was the one who ignited their recent bitter exchange of words.
Sonko had appeared on K24's Punchline show on Sunday where he said it was the vocal MP who started shaming him.
But in a Facebook post on Monday, Millie Odhiambo said; "I hear the dimwit Sonko is lying on K24 that I threw the first sexual salvo at him. A good friend of mine aptly compares me to a rhino- "humble and harmless unless attacked". Sonko was the first to tell me "hatawewe unafanywa " what other fanywa do you mean? Am I a Maths equation to be done?"
During the show, Sonko was asked why he attacked Millie Odhiambo and even attacked her inability to bear children.
"Why did you have to take it to the extreme of talking about her inability to bear children and shame her in that respect," asked Ann Kuguta.
In response, Sonko said; "She is the one who started provoking me."
The two differed after the governor publicly claimed that the late Kibra MP Ken Okoth had sired a son with a nominated Nairobi Member of County Assembly Anne Thumbi.
