After numerous complaints by Egesa FM fans, Royal Media Services has finally owned up deceased Radio presenter Joseph Mochere.
In the first funeral announcement on a local daily, organisers did not indicate where the late comedian used to work thus raising eyebrows.
Before that, fans had also accused the S. K Macharia owned station of disowning the slain presenter who had committed suicide.
On Thursday, the radio station put another funeral announcement on a local daily, this time round even using their logo.
Mr. Mochere popularly known as Okebiro O'Mose worked at Egesa FM and even went on air for two years even as the station maintained that he was not an employee.
He committed suicide over perceived family wrangles if at all his suicide note is anything to believe.
Thousands of fans are accompanying his body from Nairobi ahead of Friday's burial at Enchoro in Nyamira.
