This is despite the two national leaders and their allies being seen attacking each other lately, ahead of their anticipated face-off in the much awaited 2022 presidential contest.

However, Odhiambo, a close ally of Raila, says that the former Prime Minister has no bitterness with Ruto, adding that he would be wiling for a truce at any time.

She, in an interview on K24's Punchline on Sunday, added that Raila also holds no bridges against the DP who has been directing vicious attacks at him over the past few months.

"Our party leader has no issues with people. He may have his weaknesses but he is holmack, he doesn't hold bridges," said the firebrand lawmaker.

The leaders have kept the attacks coming despite their reconciliation during the prayer breakfast at the Safari Park hotel last year, where they both apologized to each other.

Raila has taken issue with Ruto's deep pockets, questioning the source of the millions he splashes in fundraisers almost on a weekly basis.

On the other hand, the DP has accused Raila of using his handshake March 2018 handshake to wreck the Jubilee Party ahead of the 2022 general polls.
