Bobi Whine, posting a graphic picture of Yasin Kawuma, the slain driver,  pinned the blame on the police.

According to the Kyandondo East MP, the police fired at the driver thinking that it was him.

Bobi Whine has often opposed President Museveni's governance style, accusing him of dictatorial tendencies.

His opposition to Museveni's rule has often seen him fall into problems with law enforcement agencies.

The reports come in the wake of another shooting of the driver of a Kenyan MP.
