Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi has castigated Jubilee Party Secretary-General Raphael Tuju for being a stumbling block to MacDonald Mariga's parliamentary ambitions.
Sudi lambasted Tuju for alleged disloyalty to Jubilee Party.
According to the vocal lawmaker, Tuju's lack of 'loyalty' for Jubilee had made the official 'oppose' Mariga's candidature in the forthcoming Kibra by-elections.
Sudi further revealed that the Jubilee official began fighting Mariga by attempting to deny him the party ticket which never saw the light of the day.
"Bwana Tuju we know you are not loyal to Jubilee party and that is why you are opposed to Mariga for the Kibra seat. After you failed to deny him the party ticket you have sponsored a petition in court to stop him," stated Sudi on Saturday.
He added: "We have the evidence you shared with your allies in the media. You will not succeed. We will soon take you to ODM where you belong. That is where your heart is," read part of Sudi's post.
Mariga was disqualified by IEBC from contesting in Kibra constituency by-election slated for November 7 this year after his name was found missing in 2017's voters register.
However, he has challenged the decision invalidating his candidature at the IEBC tribunal. The tribunal is will give its ruling on Monday next week at 10 am.
