Three allies of ODM leader Raila Odinga will on Monday know their fate over alleged incitement, three years after the NCIC moved them to court.
ODM treasurer Timothy Bosire, Busia Woman Representative Florence Mutua and Suna East MP Junet Mohamed were charged in 2016.
Also charged were Aisha Jumwa, who has since fallen out with Raila, Jonhstone Muthama and Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria.
Famously known are Pangani Six, the team will receive judgement on Monday after a Nairobi Court postponed the ruling that was scheduled on Friday.
In an Interview on Friday, Mr Bosire, a former Kitutu Masaba MP, said that he's ready for the ruling, adding that he is optimistic the team will be vindicated.
"We were to receive the ruling on Friday but they postponed it to Monday. I am sure that we shall be vindicated. We never abused any community," he said.
"The case has dragged in court for many years and I am optimistic that it shall end. Those who incite people are known. Some of us are peaceful people."
After being locked for four days, Mr Raila Odinga visited all four ODM leaders' constituencies including Aisha Jumwa in 2016 and condemned the government.
In Kitutu Masaba, Odinga was in Bosire's homecoming which took place at Manga and Masaba North Sub Counties. Bosire failed to make it back to parliament.
