Fast-rising group Sailors is back with a new hit, Wainame. The group, which has taken over the airwaves with hit after hit released the song on Monday. The song has already more than 100,000 views on Youtube hours after it was released.
In the new song, the singers challenge female revellers to show off their dancing skills. The video of the song is shot at an undisclosed club where the young video vixens step on the dance flow to show the capabilities to twerk.
The lead singer kicks off the song on a high note before he is joined by other members of the group.
The song has an amazing beat and setting as well. The new song comes after The Kenya Films and Clarification Board CEO Ezekiel Mutua issued a ban on their song Wamlambez.
The moral corp said that the song praised moral decay, adding that it will only be played in clubs and entertainment joints. Mutua also banned Diamond’s Platnumz Tetema over the same reasons.
"Tetema and Wamlambez songs are strictly forbidden outside of clubs and bars. It's embarrassing to see even national leaders singing and dancing to the obscenity in public," wrote Mutua.
"The lyrics are dirty and not suitable for public consumption, especially mixed company or where children are likely to be watching or listening. Both songs are pure pornography," he added.
