The probe into the whereabouts of missing Dutch national, Tob Cohen have gained momentum.
It has now emerged that the tycoon was last spotted at a club in Westlands after he was dropped off before he went missing on that fateful day.
It is also reported that he met two women who had lunch with him on July 20 from around 2-4 pm. He went missing thereafter.
When police grilled the two women, they said that they had a meal with the 70-year-old golf lover but they were not behind his disappearance. It is at the same club where the Dutchman’s phone was switched off under unclear circumstances.
The detectives have grilled several persons in connection with the disappearance of the tycoon including his spouse, Susan Wairimu.
Police arrested Wairimu and interrogated over the disappearance of her husband. The police also questioned her workers on the issue but it remains unclear what exactly happened before he went missing.
The missing tycoon had an ongoing divorce case with Wairimu.
The wife claims that the tycoon had told her she was traveling to Thailand to seek medication but police reports indicate that he never left the country as alleged.
Cohen, who was a boss at Philips Electronics, had been in the country for more than three decades before his disappearance.
