The minimum amount required to buy tokens with Bonga points is Sh100 and this means you will need 1000 Bonga points.

1. The first step you will be required to dial *126#.
2. Select Lipa na Bonga Points
3. Select buy goods and services. You will be asked to provide Till Number. This is only applicable when buying from a token vendor.
4. When buying directly from KPLC, select Paybill to input their pay bill number.
5. You will then input the business number( 888880)
6. Thereafter, enter your account meter number.
9. Enter the amount that you wish to use to buy the tokens with your Bonga points.
10. Enter M-Pesa pin and complete the process by pressing send.
