Every Sunday you see followers of self-declared prophet Dr David Owuor walk the streets of Kibera, you must be thinking about the man who has managed to have people investing a lot of their belief in himself.
Like where did he school, and where did he grow up?
Well, Dr Owuor is a travelled man.
He began interacting with other civilisations in his early days when he went to Uganda for studies.
After attending Wambasa Primary School in Yimbo, Owuor was also a pupil at several Ugandan schools including Jusa, Luzira and Kitalya.
He also enrolled at Uganda's Mbale Senior Secondary School and sat his ‘O’ level exams in the same country.
He then went to St Peters College, Tororo, for his ‘A’ levels.
Owuor would later join East Africa's leading University at Makerere where he pursued a Bachelor of Science degree but soon joined the University of Nairobi.
Later in 1992, the Repentance and Holiness Ministries leader enrolled at Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Israel for his masters degree in Genetics (Inheritance).
He then took his PhD in Molecular Genetics at University of Haifa in Israel.
It was while he stayed in Israel that he had an Israeli girlfriend with whom he is said to have sired a child.
