Premier League clubs have mourned the sudden death of renowned basketball star Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna. The duo and several others have died after their helicopter crashed in California.
Victor Wanyama's Tottenham and other top English Premier League (EPL) clubs have taken it to social media to eulogize the hero. Harambee Stars' captain Victor Wanyama has also joined world players in mourn the death of fellow champion.
"R.I.P legend, and Thank you for giving us some of the best moments of our life. #24," Wanyama posted.
Manchester United sent their condolences to the deceased's family.
"We’re deeply saddened to learn of the tragic passing of basketball legend Kobe Bryant. Our thoughts and condolences are with his loved ones at this extremely difficult time," they tweeted.
Tottenham also expressed their great shock on learning his death.
"We are shocked and saddened to learn of the tragic passing of Kobe Bryant. The world of sport has lost a true legend. We send our heartfelt condolences to the friends and families of all the victims at this terribly sad time." Tottenham tweeted.
Other top EPL clubs who have mourned Kobe Bryant are Liverpool, Manchester City, Arsenal among others.
