Harmonize was recently forced to apologise to a fan after he failed to show up for One Africa Festival concert.
A screenshot shared on Instagram by Urban News 254 indicate that one fan followed the 'Never Give Up' singer to his inbox on Instagram and demanded to know why he did not show up at the event.
According to the messages shown on the screenshot, the fan had allegedly driven for eight hours together with her sister just to watch the Tanzanian star perform.
"My sista is not happy...we drove 8 hours from Canada to see you and no show...last time you didn't show up in toronto (sic)," the message from the fan read.
Harmonize in response apologised to the fan and added that for as long as he is alive, there were still chances that he will perform in Canada.
"First of all apologies but as long as we believe in god (sic) i'll be there bigger," Harmonize responded to the fan.

This is, however, not the first time that Harmonize has come out to explain himself after failing to show up for a performance.
Late last year, the singer apologised to his Kenyan fans after he failed to show up for an event in Eldoret.
