Responding to Rarieda MP Otiende Amollo's tweet on Monday, Murkomen said; "ODM is still suffering the same disease even after handshake. It’s either their way or no way. What a travesty reading this from my seniors including @DonaldBKipkorir."

Amollo, a renowned lawyer had called for a clean up at the electoral body after clearing Jubilee candidate for Kibra parliamentary by-elections Macdonald Mariga.

"Listening to the pontifications and prevarications of the IEBC commissioners; it is clear to me, more than before, that we must sweep the commission clean at the top levels!" the Rarieda MP wrote.

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Dispute Resolution Tribunal chaired by Chairman Wafula Chebukati cleared Mariga citing that he is a duly registered voter.

Kibra constituency IEBC Returning Officer Beatrice Muli had disqualified the former Harambee Stars player from the race indicating that his details were missing on the voters' register of 2017.

However, Mariga appealed the decision to the IEBC's Dispute Resolution Tribunal.

He will now face ODM's Bernard Imran Okoth and ANC's Eliud Owalo among other candidates for the mini-polls set for November 7th.
