In a post on twitter, the controversial lawyer accused President Uhuru Kenyatta and Mr Kuria of being behind the murder of slain Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) ICT manager Chris Musando.

Miguna further hit out at ODM leaders mourning the death of Rongo University student Sharon Otieno's accusing them of dining with the killers of Musando.

Moses Kuria hit back at Miguna, claiming the lawyer had been accused of rape in Canada.

Sharon's body was on Wednesday found dumped in a forest in Homa Bay County. According to postmortem reports, Sharon had been strangled and stabbed eight times.

Migori Governor Okoth Obado is being grilled by Directorate of Criminal Investigations sleuths in Kisumu after Sharon's family claimed he had a romantic relationship with the deceased.

The governor's personal assistant Michael Oyamo is among suspects being held by police over the murder of Sharon.

Sharon is reported to have been seven months pregnant at the time of her death.
