However, there is more to the rot at the Sonlink Firm that deals with motorcycles. More revelations have been made about the hard life at this organisation.

According to some screenshots of the rules and regulations of the organization, a missed call from your boss attracts a penalty of Sh1000. Two or more missed calls attract a penalty of Sh2000. When an employee reports late to work regardless of their situation, they are charged Sh50.

Other things like unaccounted movement, noise or even laughter could make you lose your day’s pay or worse your job.

“Every employee must stick to the work. No laughing. No noise. If (you) leave the position for 15 minutes without reasons. Treat it as absence,” states the rules.

The oppressions at this firm came into the limelight when one of their employees, a Kenyan was penalized Ksh. 2000 but instead refused to sign to the penalizing letter.

It was then that Liu Jiaqi started abusing him, President Uhuru Kenyatta and all Kenyans. He called “us” dirty, poor and monkeys.

Here are the screenshots of the rules and regulations and the letter used to fine employees at the Ruiru based Chinese firm:
