Deputy President William Ruto, on Saturday was hosted by Kisauni MP Ali Mbogo.
Ruto attended a fundraiser that aimed to facilitate the construction of the Karisa Maitha Boys National School at Kadongo Grounds in Mishomoroni.
The DP donated a cheque worth Sh20 million, and reiterated the Jubilee government's commitment to support education and infrastructural development across the country.
"I would like to express my sincere appreciation to HE. The Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya Hon. William Samoei Ruto for presiding over the Karisa Maitha Boys National school fundraising today at Kadongo Grounds Mishomoroni. I would like also to take this opportunity to thank Coast Parliamentary Group (MPs and Senators ), MCAs, Friends of Kisauni Constituency, and all who contributed towards this noble project," said Mbogo after the event.
