The accusation came shortly after Tanasha, in collaboration with Barak Jacuzzi, released her debut song dubbed ‘Radio’. Bey T insinuated on her Instagram account that Tanasha Donna had copied one of the lines on her debut song.

“Someone tell Tanasha Donna to sop wave riding,” Bey T posted on her Instagram account.

What followed was a social media showdown between the two artists as Tanasha Donna hit back almost immediately claiming Bey T was only being jealous.

Bey T accused Tanasha of not being original for using the phrase ‘Kenya to the world’ which Tanasha argues has been used by many artists.

“Too much hate in this world. Jealousy is a disease. They’ll start beef over a phrase they think they invented, a phrase used by so many artists in the 254. Beef over saying ‘Kenya to the world’ as in when the homie called me to say that is why she beefing I was like what? What’s wrong with this world though? What happened to empowering one another,” Tanasha hit back through her Instagram status.

The online fight culminated in Bey T realising a diss track dubbed ‘Don to the donna’.
