Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Party Kisii County chairman Samuel Omwando has accused Malindi MP Aisha Jumwa of disrespecting other leaders.
Mr Omwando termed Jumwa a desperate woman who is party-less.
The vocal politician, who lost the Kitutu Chache South MP seat during August 8, 2017, insisted that no matter the circumstances, Jumwa won't be allowed back to ODM party.
"Even if Jumwa insults ODM leadership everyday, the truth must remain. She can't be allowed to return to ODM party after she was expelled. Humiliating Sifuna at a funeral won't make the party change position to accommodate her," he noted.
Omwando claimed that MP Jumwa is being used by Deputy President William Ruto to humiliate ODM allied leaders.
The MP hopeful urged Sifuna to be firm and ensure the party rules and regulations are followed.
"Sifuna need to know leadership is all that he is facing. Jumwa is a woman trying to find away to return to the party but, no one is going to allow her back," he added.
Omwando was speaking on Saturday at Geteri village in Kisii County.
