Controversial lawyer Miguna Miguna has once again hit out at opposition boss Raila Odinga for allegedly imposing poor leadership on Kenyan and his referendum push.
Speaking on Monday, the opposition activist noted that Raila got it completely wrong with regards to his current pursuits, advising him to instead concentrate on better initiatives that can actually change the lives of Kenyans.
He said that Raila must shift his focus from his Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) to bringing wealth to the people and improving the quality of education, healthcare and education.
"True change requires and entails the transformation of the society; the delivery of basic services such as water, healthcare, quality education, housing and infrastructure to the people and respect for and upholding the constitution and human rights," he wrote on his Facebook page.
He insisted that the change should begin with Raila ending his friendship with President Uhuru Kenyatta who he (Miguna) has repeatedly termed a looter, murderer and a self-imposed ruler.
According to Miguna, the changes Raila needs to be pushing for must also entail realisation of respect for the courts and court orders, apparently pushing for his return after his February 2018 deportation to Canada.
The government has been unwilling to honour several court orders directing the return of the former Nairobi gubernatorial aspirant.
