Controversial gospel musician Alex Apoko popularly known as Ringtone was involved in a road accident.
In a post on his Instagram on Tuesday, the flamboyant musician revealed that he survived a road accident.
"IT COULD HAVE BEEN WORSE BUT AM ALIVE," he said.
Ringtone did not reveal when and where the accident happened. However, judging from his post, the incidence happened at night. On his post, it further reveals that it could be in Kariobangi area in Nairobi.
The musician has hit headlines in recent time over his search for a wife. This had taken him to many places including schools and churches.
He got arrested for allegedly "prostituting" at Cooperative University for in Karen. In another incidence, he got himself in a messy situation when he took his wife searching mission at Jubilee Christian Church (JCC) Parklands.
Security at the church forced him away with his placard. Ringtone has been accused of looking for popularity in his wife searching mission.
Kenyans came out reacting to Ringtone's post. Some accused him of looking for popularity everywhere while some wished him well.
