Governor is said to have been working at the construction site near Charles's selling place and at lunchtime he came and bought chips but failed to pay while threatening to take more.

He is said to be claiming that he paid for chips but Charles said he didn't receive any amount of money from Governor.

Kevin Omondi, a businessman who has a shop near Charles's selling place, has narrated how drama began.

"While I was in my shop I saw Governor coming and went direct to the chips selling place and sat down on the stool. He talked to Charles and he was given a full plate of chips," Omondi said.

"After some few minutes three other men from the construction site came and sat near Governor and started chanting while taking chips," said Omondi.

"I was shocked to see Governor quarreling with Charles after other three men had paid and moved a few metres from the site," Omondi said.

One of the men identified as Samson Njuguna said that Governor was really enjoying his chips without any complain.

"Suddenly, I saw Charles and Governor fighting. I moved out of the shop and ran towards them to stop the fight," Omondi revealed.

Omondi said that they managed to stop the fight with the help of one Samsom and the other men around.

"This is not the first time that Governor is refusing to pay. He always waits for other people to pay first so that he can lie that he has paid," Charles said.

"We forced him to pay for the chips he had eaten costing Sh50 after we realised that he had Sh200 in his pocket," Omondi said.
