Former Vice President Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka needs the support of women to rise to power in 2022.
Women were lamenting that they are being sidelined in matters of national interests before the creation of the Woman Representative seat.
The gender bill shows that women are still not comfortable with the sharing of power in different levels.
Kalonzo will need to approach these women to make him president in 2022;
1. Narc Kenya's Martha Karua
Karua is a no-nonsense woman. Her words cannot be ignored. Kalonzo needs to seek her support to beat DP Ruto when that time comes.
2. Governor Anne Waiguru
Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru’s political stars have been shining bright since she entered politics. She is very influential in politics of Mt. Kenya. Her support will be crucial for Kalonzo to rise to power.
3. Mishi Mboko
The Likoni MP is another powerful woman Kalonzo should convince to back his candidature. Mboko is better placed to convince her people to support Kalonzo to thrush DP Ruto. Her support will be important for Kalonzo to win the seat.
4. Aisha Jumwa
ODM lawmaker Aisha Jumwa's political move will determine Kenya's next president in one way or another. Jumwa has been giving former Prime Minister Raila Odinga sleepless nights after she declared support for DP Ruto. Kalonzo needs her desperately to beat Ruto during the race for the presidency in 2022.
5. Esther Passaris
Nairobi Woman Rep. Esther Passaris enjoys massive support in Nairobi city. She will be a great asset to Kalonzo if she backs his presidency. She has been fighting for the rights of women and her move will change this nation’s presidential contest in 2022.
