Nairobi-based TV beauty Betty Kyallo has been talk of town for a number of days now.
It is alleged that she was kicked out of a house where a certain governor had rented for her in their good days.
Reports also indicate that the governor confiscated a car he had issued to her as a gift.
This could only mean one thing: a bitter break-up.
But what might have led to the disagreement when Betty is known all over the place as the beauty many men dream of?
Betty was quick to go to social media and dismiss the prophesies of doom:
“Mimi ni yule dem. I've reached dangerously awesome levels of freedom. Fear fears me,” she posted.
"Heavy is the head that bears the crown Mara this, Mara that… hamchoki?" she added.
Elsewhere, the country could be shifting from the old ways of regarding sexuality to newer paradigms that do not recognise the sanctity of the bedroom.
Recently, a Kibera-turn-international socialite revealed to BBC the crazy extent socialites reach with men to get money.
