A section of Nyamira local leaders have reacted following NASA leader Raila Odinga’s warning to Deputy President William Ruto over 2022 politics.
The leaders claimed that Mr. Odinga’s warning won’t scare DP Ruto.
“Raila is wasting time warning DP Ruto who is focused to clinch presidency in 2022. It is high time for Raila since he has failed to retire to start campaigning ahead of the 2022 general elections instead of him wasting time around warning other leaders,” said Isaac Motari, a Jubilee youth leader.
Victor Swanya, a Wiper Party politician regretted that Raila is busy warning DP Ruto yet he betrayed opposition supporters.
“Raila joined government after his supporters suffered. His warning to DP Ruto ahead of the 2022 politics won’t change anything since Ruto’s bid to become president may sail through,” said the vocal politician.
Kefah Moenga, a youth leader from Manga urged Raila to mind his own business.
“I am an ODM supporter but, have never been happy with Raila since he joined government. His cheap warning to DP Ruto won’t work. It is advisable for the former Prime Minister to mind his own business in politics,” said Moenga.
