Opposition leader Raila Odinga and former Rarieda lawmaker Raphael Tuju have been really close lately.
This has led pundits into thinking that he (Raila) could endorse Tuju for the Siaya gubernatorial seat in 2022.
However, the seat is also expected to attract the candidature of area Senator James Orengo who has for a very long time been a close confidant of Raila.
