Senate Majority Leader Kipchumba Murkomen has taken a swipe at former Mukurwe-ini MP Kabando wa Kabando after he attacked Deputy President William Ruto.
In a tweet on Friday, Murkomen reminded the former lawmaker that he was given a job because of the union between Ruto and President Uhuru Kenyatta.
He went on to remind the politician that he should not be so quick to criticise the Jubilee regime. The Elgeyo Marakwet Senator opined that the politician would be better off if he concentrates on delivering the duties he was given by the president."Be humble my brother. You are a Board Chair coz (sic) UhuruRuto formed a government. If you wanted to be a critic of the Jubilee administration Jubilee Party succession plan you would have declined state appointment & concentrate on being a political analyst. Concentrate on service delivery," he tweeted.Kabando had reminded Ruto not to be too optimistic about the future as he looks forward to 2022."My fren, sarcastic #TBT, tongue-in-cheek. Bill had a golden chance to succeed UK. All gone now, thanks to his weird bravado. All gone, thanks to URP arrogance. Is all gone, thanks to parallel ”IKULU” Sugoi. All gone, thanks to Bill’s “genius“ 21-26/4/2017. Bro, Cry NOT, disembark," he argued.
