Nominated MP Maina Kamanda led a group of Jubilee MPs to hit out at the Deputy President William Ruto over the ongoing war on graft.
Kamanda was with the MPs under the banner of Kieleweke in Machakos where they went hammer and tongs on Ruto.
The MPs said the DP should quit Jubilee if he feels too much heat over the war on graft.
“If you are contradicting the President, what are you doing behind him just quit,” Kamanda said.
Kangema MP Muturi Kigano told urged President Uhuru Kenyatta to fire Ruto as he has the support of Kalonzo and Raila.
“You have Raila and Kalonzo to support you,” the MP said.
Nyeri Town MP Ngunjiri Wambugu said the war against graft should continue reiterating that no community is being targeted.
The MPs fired salvos at Ruto and his allies accusing them of being stumbling blocks to the anti-graft war.
Kamanda has been in the forefront opposing the DP.
While speaking during a church service in Limuru, the nominated legislator said Ruto had ‘bought’ several MPs from Mt Kenya region to sell his bid.
