Kimumu ward administrator Beatrice Menjo together with several other top-ranking female employees at the Uasin Gihu County government on Thursday celebrated their Valentine's day in a unique style.

This is after Menjo together with acting Director of Communications Faith Seroney and Senior Communication Officer, Joseline Kanja among others decided to share Valentine's love with a group of people with hearing impairment.

The group is contracted to provide cleaning services at the County headquarters in Eldoret town.

"Today the 14th of February, the world celebrates the affection day. Some celebrate by visiting the sick in hospitals while others share with the less fortunate. Kimumu Ward Administrator, Ms Beatrice Menjo today spread the love by spending time with the deaf community at the County headquarters," read part of the post shared on the official Uasin Gishu County Government Facebook page.

Several photos were also shared with Menjo and other county employees each having flowers and refreshments to share with the members of the group as they spent time together, a sign of love to them.

"The administrator shared flowers and refreshments with them to show love, appreciation and support, this being the team that always ensures that County premises are clean," added the Facebook post.
