Kameme FM presenter and famous Gikuyu comedian Muthee Kiengei Wa Watoria has wowed fans after he gifted a young boy caught on camera fantasising about sweets and cakes.
In a video which has since gone viral, the kid identified as Mbugua is lamenting after he was thrown out of a party where other children were having a good time, eating cakes and sweets.
Mbugua was reportedly chased away because he was dirty and not smartly-dressed like the other kids.
When Kiengei saw the video, which was recorded by Mbugua's uncle five years ago, he traced the young boy's home in Ndumberi, Kiambu County, and paid him a visit on Tuesday.
Mbugua stopped living in a dream world of cakes and sweets when he was gifted with so many packets of them by the comedian and his Facebook friends.
The 8-year-old boy, who lives with his aged grandmother, also received a brand new mountain bike, new clothes and shoes.
Visibly happy and overwhelmed, Mbugua invited other kids from his village for an abrupt party and shared the snacks he received.
The Kameme FM presenter also left some money for his grandmother, Teressia Wambui, to start a second-hand clothes business.
"Mbugua is one of the happiest boy child today. Thanks a lot to all my Facebook friends who offered and sent their money to buy clothes, bicycle, food and whatever the boy was denied (five years ago). His face can tell it all, we have also left something small for his grandmother to begin a small business," Kiengei posted on his social media platforms.
