“Our subject property is part of Jacaranda estate along Kamiti Road just after the Northern bypass,” the notice read as reported by Business Daily.

Angela Angwenyi is facing financial hardships after a company associated with her, Out of the Box Solutions Limited, was linked to the National Youth Service (NYS) scandal.

Business Daily reports that the entity was awarded a Sh302 million consultancy contract to publicise tenders for women and the youth. Unfortunately, the National Assembly’s Public Accounts Committee (PAC) stopped payments to the company after it had received Sh90.7 million.

Mr Lungaho is her business partner and they have both appeared before parliament to narrate what they know about the scandal but have never been charged in court.

Accounts of suspects were frozen crippling their finances.

However, Youth Affairs Principal Secretary Lillian Mbogo Omollo maintained that no money was lost.

“If at all Ksh.9 billion has been lost, it would mean NYS is technically un-operational. No double payments can be done through IFMIS without noticing it, therefore it is not possible for such money to be lost,” she told Parliamentary Accounts Committee (PAC) as reported by Citizen.
