Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka has asked former Kathiani MP Wavinya Ndeti to remain determined and aggressive despite losing the Supreme Court case.
Kalonzo told Ndeti to continue agitating for electoral justice and fairness.
He said it was shocking that the Supreme Court upheld Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua's victory.
The former Vice President said Ndeti had proved her case that saw the Court of Appeal nullify the governor's August 8, 2017 victory in June.
"Wavinya Ndeti should remain firm and continue fighting for electoral justice in Machakos," Kalonzo said.
Kalonzo spoke during the Speakers' Gallery show hosted by former Lagdera MP Farah Maalim on Ebru TV on Tuesday.
He said electoral reforms are necessary for fair general elections in the future.
The Wiper leader vowed to push for electoral reforms before the 2022 polls.
On Friday last week, Supreme Court Judges validated Mutua's victory ruling that he was validly elected in the August 8, 2017 general election.
The Chief Justice (CJ) David Maraga led Court overturned the Court of Appeal ruling that had nullified Mutua's victory.
The appellate court while annulling Mutua's victory faulted the IEBC Returning Officer of using an excel spreadsheet to declare the gubernatorial results.
Ndeti petitioned Mutua's election alleging that it was not free and fair.
She has since accused Mutua of allegedly forcing himself to Machakos people.
Mutua has, however, extended an olive branch to Ndeti for the sake of development in Machakos county.
