Top Kenyan female artists Akothee has revealed the main problem with graduates looking for jobs.
In a long Instagram post, the wealthy business woman narrated her bad experience with some of the graduates she previously employed.
"The problem with young generation now, they are looking for an office to slay, they want to be associated with big names, I dont read CVS especially from graduates, full of rubbish, most of them I employed, cannot download what they have on papers to practicals.
"I am afraid some of them looks like they bought exams or someone sat the papers for them, as a parent I am worried, I have employed more than 20 graduates that I had to release on the first month," she said.
Akothee has a number of business ventures including her Akothee Safaris which offers employment to people. More so, she has top class houses in Migori, Nairobi and Mombasa.
She has employed people taking care of her houses and at her farm.
However, she revealed that working with graduates is very hard as they came with a lot of expectation while offering nothing good.
She praised one of her workers, whom she employed with zero experience but she is an all round worker.
Unlike some of the graduates who expect a lot but offer little, Akothee praised her inexperienced workers.
