3. Fresh nut butters

 If they are on sale, then be cautioned. They are also believed to be endowed with perilous chemicals or about to expire. Always ensure that you are buying a fresh item. 

4. Pre cut veggies and fruits

They should also not cross off your shopping list as it reported that they have been preserved with hazardous chemicals.
