President Uhuru Kenyatta has turned 57 on Saturday.
Kenyans on social media have since been flooding the President with warm birthday wishes as he seeks to leave behind a legacy when he completes his second and final term in office.
Despite being the son of the founding father of the nation Mzee Jomo Kenyatta, Uhuru has had a fair share of struggles in life until he rose through political ranks before he became the fourth President of Kenya.
Uhuru served as a teller between 1979 and 1980 at KCB Bank, Kipande House along Kenyatta Avenue where he earned Sh600.
He once worked in a restaurant in the US where sold burgers, little did anyone know that he would one day become Kenya's President.
Sources also indicate that Uhuru spent little time in State House despite Mzee Jomo Kenyatta being there. The president and his family mostly lived in their Gatundu home.
