Lakeside’s popular afro-pop-musician Oliver Msanii has dropped another single track, less than three months after releasing a song titled ‘Party’.
The new song is titled Binadamu Story and was posted on YouTube on September 28.
Oliver Msanii whose real name is James Ngoje says the new song was derived from human beings’ habit of speaking ill against other people even after being assisted in one way or another.
“I wrote the song because even after offering assistance to people, some of them will turn and say you are using them. When you are together with such people, they seem to be okay but when you leave, they say nasty things about you,” he said in an interview with Hivisasa in Kisumu on Monday.
“Human beings are funny at times, you will eat with them, chat with them but what they say behind your back only God knows,” he added.
"Human beings like talking so much. Their words and backbiting make me grow thin. (Binadamu story. Maneno yao fitina zao zinafanya nakonda) the Kisumu based artist sings in his latest track.
The audio and video of the song were produced by Kakamega based producer Letter One.
Almost three months ago, Oliver Msanii released a single named Party, featuring new entrants in the game such as Kevo Wills, Daddy Whizz and E'zars.
Among his other famous hits are ‘Kazi kwa Bidii’ and ‘Go Gaga.’
