Former Starehe MP aspirant Boniface Mwangi has launched a scathing attack on President Uhuru Kenyatta's mode of operations.
In his Twitter post, the renowned activist pointed out President Uhuru Kenyatta as 'a lame duck' who is unable to govern the country properly.
"President @UKenyatta is my agemate. I have known him since we were boys, he is a drunk and he can’t even run a Kiosk.
"He used to run a horticulture business and a bar. They went bankrupt and that’s the same way he is bankrupting Kenya. ~ @DavidNdii #UkweliMathare #HaliYaUchumi."
For the last few days, Uhuru has been subjected to social media ridicule over his relationship with communist state, China.
With pundits raising a red flag over over-borrowing, Uhuru has however maintained that his government is focused on developing all parts of the country.
Passing of the controversial Finance Bill 2018 has sparked protests from across the country including Uhuru's strongholds.
At Homa Bay last week, ODM leader Raila Odinga, who has lately been supporting government, asked Uhuru to minimise borrowing.
"I will use the handshake and ask him to stop borrowing. We need to use what we have," he said.
