Lugari Member of Parliament Ayub Savula Saturday fired salvos at Migori Governor Okoth Obado over the killing of Rongo University student Sharon Otieno.

Without mincing his words, the outspoken lawmaker said that the embattled governor was guilty of the gruesome murder that has shocked the collective conscience of Kenyans.

"You cannot be innocent if you are sending a lawyer to witness the postmortem. You cannot be innocent if you are sending a pathologist to witness the postmortem. Obado you are guilty, you must be jailed," Savula fired.

Savula said that money had gotten into the heads of the governors and vowed to teach them a lesson.
