The rift between Tanzanian Singer Diamond Platnumz and his colleague Harmonize has widened. Talented Singer Harmonize walked down the aisle with his longtime Italian girlfriend Sarah Michelloti in a lavish ceremony held in Tanzania on Saturday.
Diamond was, however, not present when the two lovebirds exchanged their marital woes in an invite-only event. The event was graced by close members of the family, friends as well as the members of the Makonde Gang.
The secret guarded affair went down in Dar Es Salaam. Diamond and his entire Wasafi crew were nowhere to be seen as the singer said yes I do in a colourful event. Diamond is in Germany where he is set to perform before travelling to Canada.
The bride opted to convert to Islam before tying the knot with the man in her life. The couple had reportedly solemnized their affair at the chambers of the Attorney before the wedding.
Harmonize reportedly sent a wedding invitation to Diamond Platnumz, whom he respects for supporting his career as well as the entire Wasafi crew but they failed to turn up for the event. It all started when Harmonize revealed his plans to leave Wasafi records.
The singer said it was time for him to try something else before he departed. The move elicited mixed reactions with some wondering whether he will remain at the top of the game when he leaves the man who mentored his career.
