Speaking on Wednesday morning, the commentator observed that Ruto has found a rare opportunity to revenge the attacks he has been receiving from Raila's side.

Weda claimed that Raila is confused on how to handle the issue, and is expected to repeatedly speak about the matter in the near future, which, he said, will give Ruto more reason to attack him, having hit out at him on two occasions so far.

He noted that Raila should have kept quiet on the matter whose blame had fully landed on Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula.

"Raila is confused on the issue and is giving Ruto more armory to attack. Baba (Raila) should have kept quiet because Wetangula had taken all the blame. It he is now taking it away from Wetangula," he said.

The commentator was speaking on The Big Conversation show on KBC English Service, Wednesday morning.

Weda pointed out that Ruto is using the already available information to pin the opposition boss down, adding that Odinga needs to handle the issue with care or be subjected to more.

"The Deputy President has found some mud and he is throwing it left, right and center. He is using it to the maximum," he added.
