NTV's coast region reporter Peter Mwangangi has reported at his new workstation days after quitting the Nation Media Group (NMG).
Mwangangi made his first appearance at the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) offices in Nairobi, on Monday, July 30, after resigning from NTV on July 13.
The news reporter took to his social media accounts and shared with his fans the good news.
“My new home. A new chapter #BBC #MunguMbele,” said Mwangangi.
He reported for NTV, covering Mombasa, Kilifi, Kwale, Lamu, Taita Taveta, and Tana River counties.
Mwangangi now joins his former NTV colleagues who quit to join BBC.
They include Hudheifa Aden, and Larry Madowo who was hired as the BBC Business Editor, Africa.
Others include Lynne Wachira, Zawadi Mudibo, Maya Kayahawa, Mercy Kandie, Slyvia Chebet, Esther Kahumbi, Ian Wafula, and Maureen Nyukuri.
