A former Member of Parliament from Gusii region has reacted following a remark President Uhuru Kenyatta made on Sunday in reference to DP William Ruto.
Ex-Bonchari MP Protus Momanyi said President Uhuru's 'mchokozi' remarks clearly shows that the two leaders are not on the same political page.
"The Head of State is not happy with his deputy because he has been adversely been dragged into corruption. The 'mchokozi' remarks he made in reference to DP Ruto revealed that he is tired working with a corrupt Deputy President," claimed Momanyi.
Momanyi challenged Uhuru not to fear DP Ruto in the graft war saying Ruto if he can't be stopped will be a dangerous individuals to the country's' economy.
"It is high time Uhuru should go public and condemn his deputy over his dubious dealings otherwise if he will continue condoning him, Ruto will continue growing horns looting public funds to accumulate wealth using the backdoor," he stated.
He warned Gusii leaders against making any alliance to DP Ruto saying they may end up doing nothing in their respective areas of administration.
