As retrieval of the car that plunged into the Indian Ocean goes on, residents have come up with a trick to watch the process.
Hundreds of the residents have camped along the Likoni channel since morning waiting to witness the rescue operation.
However, the distance from the land to where the operation is taking place is a bit far.
Therefore, residents, according to Daily Nation are making endless trips on ferries hoping to catch a glimpse of the recovery process from a near distance.
The operation which has taken 13 days is expected to end on Friday with the car currently being pulled from the water.
Onlookers who refused to alight from the ferries caused chaos but, the police moved in and dispersing them.
However, making endless trips in ferries has been discouraged by Kenya Ferry Services who wants them cleared so that they transport others.
Ferry services are working as normal although they are avoiding the areas where the operation is taking place.
The car that is being pulled out is the KCB 289C Toyota ISIS which plunged into the Indian Ocean with Mariam Kighenda and her daughter Amanda Mutheu aboard.
