Angry traders accused Governor Nyagarama for harassing them despite paying taxes to the government.

"Devolution has turned to be a burden to us small traders. Nyagarama can't demolish stalls without giving us alternative place where we will be doing our business from," said Tom Masese.

Another trader Jared Okindo, slammed the county boss saying his government is only interested in harassing traders instead of arresting corrupt county workers.

"Mr Nyagarama has turned to be a cartel demolishing business stalls where we have been operating our businesses from to pay daily revenue to the county government. We have suffered huge losses following the demolition and the Governor should come out clear and tell us where we will go to," said Okindo.

Teresa Kobingi, a tomato vendor claimed that Nyagarama has opened wide his stomach to eat alone while poor traders are suffering.

"We have been displaced by Nyagarama because he has realized he can't empower due to his wide stomach. He is a disgrace to us," she stated.
