Daniel Ndambuki, commonly known as Churchill or Mwalimu King’ang’i, is among the most famous Kamba comedians in the country.

Ndambuki is also among East Africa’s wealthiest comedians.

The comedian hosts the Churchill show, co-hosts the morning breakfast show with Maina Kageni on Classic 105.

He also does Master of Ceremony (MC) jobs for the corporate. 

Ndambuki was born on 30 October 1977 in Kitui County.

His family later moved to Machakos.

The comedian schooled at Machakos Township primary school and then moved to Mumbuni Boys High School.

While in primary and secondary schools, Ndambuki was a member of the drama club.

He participated in drama events and comedy shows.

After his secondary education, Ndambuki was given an offer to study drama at Chicago University but could not take it since his family had no money.

He then enrolled for Theology studies at Word of Life in Kabete.

Ndambuki is currently studying Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication at Daystar University.

He is married with a child.

Ndambuki joined comedy in 2000 and has become a role model to many young people and aspiring comedians.

As a mentor and pioneer in the laugh industry, he has managed to grow the comedy industry in East Africa by nurturing talents.

Ndambuki sponsors talent shows across the region.

Ndambuki is a staunch Christian, a family man and loves traveling.

He is a staunch supporter of Chelsea Football club.
