Renowned talent and artiste manager Joel Vincent Joseph popularly known as Mr Puaz has now challenged East African artiste.
Taking the message to his Instagram account on Monday, Mr Puaz called on all East African artistes region to improve on their approach in the music industry.
Among the issues he raised that could be helpful to Kenyan, Tanzanian and Ugandan artistes include unity among artistes.
''Our artistes should embrace togetherness and be creative when composing songs which can be heard worldwide (Wasanii wetu kuwa na umoja na kuwa wabunifu katika kutengeneza mziki utakaobeba dunia mzima),''Mr Puaz's post read.
According to him, East African artistes should also be ready to rate themselves with other renowned international musicians such as Drake, Beyonce among others.
''Our artistes should challenge themselves with renowned artistes worldwide (Wasanii wetu kujichallenge na wasanii wakubwa duniani),'' said Puaz.
He further urged all the media outlets to join hands in supporting both the upcoming artistes and those that have made it in the industry.
Puaz who has worked with big names in the music industry once revealed his intention to work with Kenyan musicians during a past interview.
''I haven't worked with any but I endorse Masauti and Khaligraph (Sijawahifanya na yeyote but namkubali sana Masauti na Khaligraph)," said Mr Puaz.
