The body of Uasin Gishu Governor Jackson Mandago's brother John Kinyor Mandago was on Friday removed from Eldoret hospital awaiting burial.
Kinyor died under unclear circumstances where his body was reportedly found dumped in a building at Chepkanga market, in the outskirts of the town.
He will be buried at his rural home in Quinet on Saturday, June 1, 2019.
Uasin Gishu County Assembly Speaker David Kiplagat David Kiplagat condoled with the family and called for stern action to be taken against those involved in his death.
John Kinyor Mandago was Governor Mandago's eldest brother. Leaders are expected to attend the burial ceremony at his rural home in Quinet.
