Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has advised embattled Nairobi Assembly Speaker Beatrice Elachi to cool own and dialogue with MCAs if she wants to get her job back.

Owino says that Elachi will not achieve anything by fighting the MCAs in court. 

According to the vocal ODM MP, Elachi should politely engage with MCAs and iron things out.

“Elachi should cool down and seek to dialogue with MCAs if she wants to secure her job,” he told journalists at Parliament Buildings on Thursday.

The MP said that the reasons that saw Elachi ousted can be solved through dialogue and a solution reached.

He said that Nairobians stand to lose out if the wrangles between Elachi and MCAs continue.
