Kabando predicted if the report will be subjected to a referendum, it will get over 70 per cent support but on the condition, it contains recommendations of supporting the war on corruption, devolution and revival of the economy.

In a tweet on Sunday, the politician envisioned BBI will get massive support in Nyanza, Coastal and Ukambani regions where he put the figure at 90 per cent.

In Western Kenya and Nairobi, he forecasted that 80 per cent of the population will back the recommendations by Garrisa Senator Yusuf Haji-led taskforce.

Kabando predicted 70 per cent of members of the Maasai community will rally behind the report, while 60% population of Mt Kenya and North Eastern regions will also support it.

According to the former legislator, the document will be rejected by most members of the Kalenjin community where it will only get 20% backing.

Deputy President William Ruto, who hails from the Kalenjin community, is yet to declare his stand on the document but his allies have been threatening to reject it.

"If BBI report ATTRACTIVELY features war on graft and devolution, spices economic revival, I predict, YES: Luhya Nation 80%, Nyanza 90%, Pwani 90%, Nairobi 80%, Mt Kenya 60%, Maa 70%, Kalenjin 20%, UKambani 90%, NorthernKE 60%=70+%. Ref Voting trends. UhuRao can't risk loss. Die cast," Kabando tweeted.

The contents of the much-awaited report will be known on Tuesday when it will be handed over to President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga.
