A fire that broke out early Tuesday morning in Kibera has burnt down a market to ashes.
The fire which is reported to have started up at around 3 am had razed down a section of Toi market to ashes by 6:30 am.
According to a trusted source who demanded animosity, several traders and residents are counting losses with goods worth millions suspected to have been lost.
Police are yet to give their report about the cause of the fire which remains unknown.
A number of casualties will also be disclosed by the police.
