Mr. Nyaribo, who was elected jointly with Governor John Nyagarama, on Sunday fired at his boss over what he terms as 'raw deal' in government.

"I have moved to Registrar of Political Parties for interpretion of my MOU with the governor.

"He no longer consults me in important matters as agreed and has gone ahead to reinstate County Secretary despite us suspending him," he lamented.

But for days now, Mr. Nyaribo, a staunch supporter of Raila Odinga, has reportedly been struggling with kidney failure.

A communication officer attached to his office confirmed that he left the country on Monday for further treatment in Indian.

"He has been struggling with the condition thus the decision to move to India. The arrangements were made by Kenyan doctors," said the officer in confidence.

Last Sunday, Nyaribo was pictured struggling to walk in Kisumu International Airport before the health predicament leaked to the public.

When Governor John Nyagarama was away for treatment in the US for three months from May, Nyaribo held brief for him.

But the relationship between the duo has deteriorated with Nyaribo accusing the governor of breaching a pre-election pact he'd signed with him.
